Product-Specific Return Conditions
Due to the nature of the items we sell—primarily women’s handbags and flat (heel-less) shoes—please ensure the following conditions are met for a return to be accepted:
– Footwear: Shoes may be tried on indoors only to assess size and comfort. Returned footwear must be in new condition, without visible signs of wear (e.g., scuffs, dirt, creasing). Soles must be clean and unmarked.
– Handbags: Must be returned in original, unused condition, with all original tags, stuffing, dust bags, and packaging materials included. Bags must be free of scratches, stains, or odor.
– Any item returned that does not meet these requirements may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Enexia currently only ships orders within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping. All returns, exchanges, and refunds are applicable solely for customers located within the UK. If you are located outside the UK, unfortunately, we are unable to process any orders or returns.

A. 30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The return period begins from the date you receive the product. For a return to be accepted, items must remain in original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Products should be in a resellable condition and free from any signs of use or damage.
If you are unable to return the item within the 30 days due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss possible exceptions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping labels are provided at no additional cost if the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in all other cases, such as size issues or a change of mind.

C. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If any items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order. This allows us to address any issues promptly and provide a resolution

D. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
E. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchanges are available for items with defects, incorrect sizing, wrong items, or damaged products. Exchanges are also available for size/color changes, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unused, and unopened. Exchanges are processed based on product availability, and delivery times will vary within the UK. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
F. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. All returns are processed at no extra cost to the customer, ensuring that you are not responsible for any hidden fees.

G. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and approve the refund, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
H. No Retroactive Discounts
Refunds cannot be issued for discounts that were not applied during checkout. Please ensure that any discount codes are applied during the purchase process, as we are unable to make adjustments afterward.
