Product-Specific Return Conditions

Due to the nature of the items we sell—primarily women’s handbags and flat (heel-less) shoes—please ensure the following conditions are met for a return to be accepted:

Footwear: Shoes may be tried on indoors only to assess size and comfort. Returned footwear must be in new condition, without visible signs of wear (e.g., scuffs, dirt, creasing). Soles must be clean and unmarked.
Handbags: Must be returned in original, unused condition, with all original tags, stuffing, dust bags, and packaging materials included. Bags must be free of scratches, stains, or odor.
– Any item returned that does not meet these requirements may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Important Notice – UK Orders Only

Enexia currently only ships orders within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping. All returns, exchanges, and refunds are applicable solely for customers located within the UK. If you are located outside the UK, unfortunately, we are unable to process any orders or returns.

When you place an order with Enexia, you agree to the following policies designed to ensure clarity and convenience around returns and refunds. Please note that Enexia operates exclusively within the United Kingdom and does not ship to or accept returns from outside the UK.

A. 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The return period begins from the date you receive the product. For a return to be accepted, items must remain in original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Products should be in a resellable condition and free from any signs of use or damage.

If you are unable to return the item within the 30 days due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss possible exceptions.

B. How to Process a Return

To start a return, please email us at contact@enexia.store. Once your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please ensure that you have received prior approval before sending back the item. Returns sent without approval will not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping labels are provided at no additional cost if the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in all other cases, such as size issues or a change of mind.

If you encounter any issues receiving a prepaid return label or have questions regarding return shipping costs, please reach out to us, and we will assist you with the process.

C. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If any items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. This helps us promptly address any issues and provide a resolution.

Delivery times for exchanged items will vary within the UK.

Please provide photographs of the damaged or incorrect items when contacting us, so we can expedite the return or exchange process.

D. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items with defects, incorrect sizing, wrong items, or damaged products. Exchanges are also available for size/color changes, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unused, and unopened. To request an exchange, please email us at contact@enexia.store for assistance.

Exchanges are processed based on product availability, and delivery times will vary within the UK. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

E. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. All returns are processed at no extra cost to the customer, ensuring that you are not responsible for any hidden fees.

Currently, we do not charge any restocking fees, but this may be subject to change in the future, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

F. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and approve the refund, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take up to 7 additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.

G. No Retroactive Discounts

Refunds cannot be issued for discounts that were not applied during checkout. Please ensure that any discount codes are applied during the purchase process, as we are unable to make adjustments afterward.
